The Sanctuary is a mountain cabin retreat that redefines luxury — an executive one-bedroom cabin with exceptional amenities that include an outside living room with fireplace, an exercise room with a view, and a full game room with basketball goal. While designed primarily for couples, the cabin will accommodate up to six, with its hidden queen-size Murphy bed and hide-away bunk beds in the den/game room.
In contrast to our creekside cabins, The Sanctuary is a mountain-top cabin with long-range views of the adjacent Nantahala National Forest. And to enjoy the view, there are two levels of covered, wrap-around decks with exterior Bose sound system and plenty of seating. The lower level slate deck has a large hot tub facing a stainless fireplace and mountain view. The outdoor living room has comfy sofas and rockers in front of a stone fireplace - just perfect for enjoying a lazy afternoon with a glass of wine.

When you're not whitewater rafting, fishing, boating or enjoying all the things to do in the Smokies, you can entertain yourself with The Sanctuary's flat screen TVs, DVD, and DSS satellite system; the exercise room, the pool table and any of the four fireplaces.
